If you try to communicate with your signature device via TCP and you cannot find it, the most likely reason for this is that the Config.ini has not been created correctly or not been editet with the correct IP address. Read more about this here: TCP Configuration
Please make also sure, that the StepOver TCPClient software is running and active on the client computer and that the connection is not blocked by a firewall.
