If you try to communicate with your signature device via Citrix and you cannot find it, it may be due to the Citrix client not forwarding the device correctly. 

If you are using the Igel Citrix client, this forwarding is included in the recent Client versions by default, but might have to be activated manually. Read more about this here: Igel Konfiguration

In case you are using another Citrix client, you might have to add forwarding of the StepOver devices manually. In such cases, please contact support@stepover.de
